Our journey as a church, is one built on the faith of our pioneers. From our early beginnings with Newtown PIPC to the arrival into Porirua city, our church community have continued to strive to foster the uniqueness of our pacific identities and cultures into the church we now call home.
From 1966 to Today, we continue to walk by faith and trust in our God towards the plans and the future he has for us.
About us
One of our strengths is the multicultural community we foster. we would not be who we are, if not for the unity we strive to hold as a parish. As a church community, our primary aspiration is to move as one body (as the scripture asks) whilst holding the authenticity of our cultures that this community embodies - read more to see what groups support how we can live into our authenic selves in a faith that is fostered in one Spirit.
